Is it possible to design on the front and back side of the product?    

Yes, you can add your own design to the front and the back of the product.

The editor is easy to use and you can even add text or upload your own image. There is a box on the product that you are customizing that shows the printable region. It is easy to resize and manipulate the images to fit in the printable area with the iScripts PrintLogic software.
