Project Management Staff
Each developer in your dedicated team is supported by the technology management team like team leads, architects, delivery manager and program managers. You don’t directly pay for any of the management team members time or expertise. We will provide you with an escalation matrix if you require any assistance from management in Chicago, IL or in India. Please find details of our Management team here.
Tertiery Staff
Quality Assurance, UI/UX, DevOPs - Programming is only half of the development equation. Each programmer relies heavily on our quality assurance team to build the best possible user experience for your customers. Our QA team works day and night to certify your project as if it were their own. Similarly you will have expert UI/UX staff DevOPs engineers available on call for your project.
Hosting
When the project is developed, we will install it with the hosting provider of your choice. We are an AWS consulting partner. We have a team of experienced server, AWS and DevOps engineers in house. Our default hosting provider is AWS. We can maintain your servers once its launched, if you require.
Pricing
Dedicated development projects offer 40-50% savings over traditional projects. Based on the technology, the typical rate is between $3,700 - $4,200 per month for a full-time web/mobile developer. A minimum commitment of three months is required for the dedicated development projects, but you can add or remove a developer from your team any time. If a developer is not available due to vacation/holiday, a credit will be applied for the hours, which you can use for any service.

Absences
When a developer is absent due to local holidays, vacation or sick days we will provide a credit day. The credit day can be used for normal development, QA or UI/UX work for a day. Your project manager will maintain the credits in the weekly report for you.
