Is it possible to create and add custom site design templates to iScripts EasyCreate?    

Yes. You can add any number of templates (including Joomla templates) into the online website building software system. The template should be one of the formats listed within the help files.

Users have a few options to change up the look and feel of their site. Users can use the crisp templates that come with the software as well. There is also a built-in image editor so that users can upload images from their own computer and add them to their photo gallery or directly to their site.
