To reset the admin password, you need to reset it in the database. To access the database you need to log into your hosting control panel like cPanel, Plesk etc. and access PHPMyAdmin for the VisualCaster iScripts database. for the table named "Settings". As soon as you are in the table, edit the following field: (V-code - "admin_password" vvalue - "your password") with an MD5 hash for the new password. For example, if you set the value to 21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3, your password will be sent to admin.
