Certain rooms were showing available on the inventory report; however I was unable to book these rooms for guests.    

The room might have been blocked by the site administrator from the admin panel. To make themavailable to users, you will need to remove the block.

You can enable or disable the block by clicking on ‘Blocked Rooms’ under the ‘General’ tab of the admin account. Then, you can either add a new block by choosing ‘Add Record’ or you can ‘View’ and ‘Delete’ already created blocks.
