How to reset admin password for iScripts SupportDesk    

If you do not recall the admin password for iScripts SupportDesk that you set when it was installed, you can manually reset it in the database. You will need to login to your hosting control panel like cPanel, Plesk, etc... in order to access the database. Then, you can access the phpmyadmin for the iScripts SupportDesk database. Next, in the iScripts SupportDesk database, you will need to look for the table called sptbl_staffs. In the spt_staffs table, edit the field with (vPassword) MD5 hash to set the new password. For example, if you set the value to 21232f297a, your new password would then be set to the

admin.
