Yes, we provide 1 year of free support for all of our products. You can choose to purchase paid support for after 1 year. When you purchase the additional technical support, we also include any necessary product upgrades for that amount of time.

If you are still having trouble setting up your iScripts software, you can purchase the installation service that we offer for an additional $49.95. We will then install the software for you typically the same day. All you would need to do is purchase the installation service and then provide us with the necessary access to your hosting account or server.
