Chat not working. Messages are not displayed in the chat window    

You need to edit the code in the following pages: 1) popups/chat_frame.php (line 22 and 23 copy latest pack and replaced existing one ) 2) src/common.inc.php (line 4818 - 4826 Copy the ChatCurrentMsg() from lastest pack and replaced existing one) 3) inner_header.inc.php (line 113 - 141 Copy the else part from latest pack and replaced existing one) 4) outer_header.inc.php (line 113 - 141 Copy the else part from latest pack and replaced existing one)
