I did not receive a download link. What do I do now?
When you purchase a software product, you will be directed to a page to download the software. We will send you an email with a link to download the software you purchased.
If you did not receive such an email please look at your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the support team with your name, email used to purchase the product, date of purchase,and the product so that we can resend it to you.
