Did you know creating an email signature that fits with your branding can increase the likelihood of someone clicking through to your site?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the same way, if it doesn\u2019t match your brand \u2013 it could have a negative impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this guide, I’ll walk you through how to create a custom email signature with social media links, contact details, and also a call-to-action (CTA) button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can use the CTA in your custom email signature to link to your most recent blog post, a newly launched product, or any other page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using your email signature to link to your website, allows you to subtly promote your content to every person that you send an email to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be using the free Email Signature Template Generator by Hubspot<\/a>, which has many customisation options including layout templates, font selection, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1. Template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first thing we are going to do is un-check “Created by Hubspot”, to remove the link to the tool from our email signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, select the template that you want to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There aren’t too many, so click onto each one, and pick your favourite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I personally prefer template 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2. Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enter your contact details, and add your social links to your email signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
