id=\"disconnecting\">Disconnecting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you look at your screen time on your phone, you will be shocked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technology has taken over everyone&#8217;s lives, and it&#8217;s important that you take a step back from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It may be difficult at first, but taking time away from technology will clear your mind, help you to focus, and improve your general wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the main benefits, include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Reduced stress<\/li><li>More productivity &amp; focus<\/li><li>Closer relationships<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You books<\/li><li>Biographies<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These types of books will help you to understand more about the world, your industry, yourself, and inspiring people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also read fiction books, these will help you to explore your creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"exercising\">Exercising<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercising and working out will keep your body and mind healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure that you exercise for 30-60 minutes each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This could be running, cycling, swimming, or simply going on a walk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even small amounts of order to make it all worthwhile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are able to take action, and start new projects instead of just planning them, you are already beating 99% of the
