It would be great if Multicart had more modern storefront templates, bidding and bartering capabilities as well an ability to set up a forum for users and sellers.
Hi, website has to be completed responsive for the visitor, both in viewing the site and buying.

Programming: The php code needs to be re-organised so that you have common functions rather than just cutting and pasting. I bought the software over a year ago and I spent months re-organising it and then adding features.
After saying all that, I did find your support team very helpful !!
I will be looking forward to a new release. Perhaps you could look at a design tool to allow users to make their own designs – see Magento.
I prefer site to contain multi-lingual functionality including Bengali. Moreover, some countries has got different administrative divisions which means little different that USA or UK. Can you please consider something for Indian continent for registration and search purpose as under:
Country down to Province/Division/State down to District/City down to sub-district/Upzilla/City/Police Station down to Post Code/Zip code down to Road/Village to holding/door number. This format will cover whole world (all the countries).

What is needed is a directory. Full integration with directory.
The look and functionality is dated. Have a look at the getsy.com clone and several other competitors and you will understand where I am coming from.
The look of the “pre-set” templates are dated. Should be clean and well laid out, wish list would be to provide the ability to move segments of the template around allowing for customization (eg. template within a template).
Etsy and Getsy are very good examples of a well laid out templates. Selection of up to date template colours would be a nice to have.
Easier integration with Paypal and their options, mass pay or integrated payment splitting.
Allow for multiple types of membership accounts.
Allow Admin to set commission rates and listing fees per store.
Allow vendors to set delivery costs in the product management area, they know the weight and size of their items and would know how to price that better than the Admin.
Institute a listing fee per item option, currently the listing fee is a one time listing fee that is perpetual and there is nothing in the Multicart that allows for a charge per item.
Social media integration, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook etc…..allow for additional social media to be added as needed have main page buttons automatically displayed.
Easier integrations with analytics such as Google
Allow for deletion of membership and vendor accounts and have them archived rather than have them simply remain on the active listing showing disabled.
Same as the above for purchases completed.
