Surveys are an essential tool used by organizations to apprehend the reviews of their clients and adapt their practices to fulfill market requirements. Online surveys are a perfect way to speed up and enhance the accuracy of the research method of businesses.
Online survey tools have led to substantial use of quantitative surveys to collect, analyze, and use statistics that could make contributions to a powerful business model, improved marketing techniques, better customer support, and more. An online survey program is cost-effective and available for organizations of all sizes to create and distribute on the web.
Our developers have developed a new project that is related to the survey. Let’s take a look at the project.
What is Sonder Analytics?
The CEO of Sonder Analytics has a great vision of his project. He believes in the power of data. Sonder Analytics is a survey platform that provides custom-made surveys to users based on demographics. The platform is to collect data from students at top universities to create custom-tailored, high-value solutions for customers.
The platform offers unique perspectives from the next generation, tailored to your marketplace to answer your questions about the future of your brand. Sonder is an intersectional venture. Its a junction between B2B consulting and market-focused consulting, and between new generation buyers, influencers, and existing markets.
The platform uses strong analytics to find the most efficient ways to market and provides data-driven insights to stay ahead of the curve.
TypeForm surveys are integrated into the Sonder Analytics platform. The surveys and questions themselves will be hosted through TypeForm. Users can register to the platform and provide demographic information. This platform will also be responsible for collecting and managing the results of each survey.
Users can only access surveys upon successful login into their primary user dashboard. These generated surveys are a research-oriented method to collect data from exclusively targeted college/university students to gain information and insights on various topics of interest.
Each survey will be presented with a title, category, image, description, expiration date, completion status, and a quick link for access. Users can search and refine relevant surveys by titles, categories, and related keywords.
Benefits of Using a Survey
- Collect real-time data: Research across any topic and get the real-time answers, whether its a market research, industry trends, etc
- Learn from the results: Learn how customers are using your product and services and what else are their needs
- Be an industry thought leader: From the research, you will get a lot of valuable data. When you publish this data with better analysis of its implications, it may lead you to be a thought leader
- User-Friendly Tool: Its easy to use and simple to understand
- Advanced Analysis: The features examine your data and make it accurate and convenient
- Cost-Effective: It is relatively inexpensive.
How the Survey Program is working?
Sonder Analytics provides a rich user experience with multiple areas for content and navigation. Users may choose to begin the registration process or log in to the platform by accessing the quick link “Unleash Sonder”.
The platform will be limited to College/University students and they are the only users who can create an account.
After engaging with the platform, users can click on the “Login or Unleash Sonder” link and they will be presented with a login page to sign in using their existing credentials or create a new account to access the platform.
Users can register to the platform by providing the following details: Name, Username, Email address. Only users with the email address .edu extension can register with the platform.
Edu domain extensions are restricted to educational institutions, and students are getting their own personal email address with .edu extension.
How to Become a Senior Data Science Panelist?
Once users have successfully logged in to the platform, they will be presented with the primary user dashboard. This area will allow users to manage the basic functions and view the recent activity of their profile.
The main view of the dashboard will allow users to access all the recent surveys, completed surveys, and concluded surveys, where the dashboard has a default view to provide an overview of that specific user’s activities.
The platform will not allow users to sort the surveys by the types of categories, titles, and questions. The dashboard will sort the surveys by deadline and completion status. The user profile area will exhibit with the user name, title (Data Science Panelist), profile image, number of surveys completed, an edit link to manage the demographic information, and more.
By default, all the users will receive a title called Data Science Panelist and their profile completion status. And when you complete a fixed number of surveys then you can become a Senior Data Science Panelist.
What are the Types of Surveys in Sonder Analytics?
There are three major types of surveys in Sonder Analytics, like completed surveys, uncompleted or recent surveys, and concluded surveys.
- An uncompleted or recent survey allows users to start participating in the survey by answering multiple questions.
- Completed surveys will not allow users to attempt it again and they will notify with a message stating that they have completed it already.
- Concluded surveys are expired ones, users can view an appropriate message upon selecting those surveys.
The administrator can create surveys from a third party platform and get an embedded code from there and place it in the survey management area.
Upon clicking on a specific survey, users will lead directly to questions. Each survey contains multiple questions and it may be included with various types of questions in a single survey. The following are the types of questions included:
- Open-ended questions (special questions using wh-words)
- Closed-ended questions (general or yes/no questions)
- Multiple-choice questions
- Rating questions
- Likert scale questions
- Disjunctive or tag/tail questions
- Picture choice questions
- Demographic questions
Each survey will be entitled to a category name for user reference. The following are the types of categories:
- Academic Surveys,
- Event Planning Surveys
- Market Research Surveys
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Employee Surveys
- Political Surveys
- Education Surveys
- Healthcare Surveys
- Nonprofit Surveys.
The administrator can deliver or restrict a survey to a specific user based on their demographic information and survey category matching. The platform will notify users of various events through various channels when the administrator makes an update.
