hi every time I try to install supportdesk after step 3 of the manual I get the same error no matter what I tried to do.. deleted all files and uploaded again, create database and new user, always user have all rights and connected to database. the error is this : Table '(name).sptbl_companies' doesn't exist what can I do ? |

Follow the below mentioned steps to fix the issue, 1. Open the file install\includes\config.sql 2. Replace all the occurrences “TYPE=MyISAM” with “ENGINE=MyISAM” 3. Save the file. 4. Run the installation again Peter |
