This is a bit annoying. My mother installed MultiCart, and had you guys look at the script, giving you the admin access to both her host and to her package. Now, her admin password doesn't work - all all. There doesn't seem to be a way to reset the password from the admin panel, and other then decrypting the MD5 Password Hash in the database, I am not sure how to get her the password. I can't reinstall the script - or can I? without possibly messing up whatever settings you might have changed in the database, to make it properly show the categories. Any help would be appreciated, link to her site is in my sig. In the meantime I will look around the database to see what you guys might have changed it to, but am not expecting to find anything. http://QueenStreetJewelry.com |

ok, nevermind got it figured out. Went thru the database and then decrypted the password. Luckily, it was something easy to figure out how to do... for me anyways, lol. http://QueenStreetJewelry.com |

Well, she had actually stated yesterday she didnt know what it was, and had asked repeatedly for the password, but wasn't given it - however she is a noob, and maybe she didnt understand what the password was, when you gave it to her. She was still trying to get it setup with the old password. I noticed that there is a new database in her hosting.
