After dicovering that Multicart did not validate UK postcodes, I requested support through the online chat and Peter fixed it for me remotely while I waited!
He also emailed me instructions on how to set up the PayPal app on x.com to get the APP ID and is now looking into an issue where Windows Live Mail displays all the email code instead of just the formatted content.
Top support, excellent customer service!
