using iScripts SocialWare v2.3. the program is not sending new user activation emails or invitation emails. I was using godaddy.com as hosting provider, am now using hostgator.com. On both providers accounts, i checked error logs and am not receiving any sendmail errors. HELP!!!! |

Hi, Please follow the below mentioned steps, 1. Login as admin => Click on Admin Settings in left menu => Click on Manage Settings => choose the option “Yes” for Enable Email Alert => Try both options “Text/HTML” for Email Type => Save the changes. Thanks Peter, tried it both ways as you suggested and nothing. Went in an activated the user, and from that account tried sending invitations out and still nothing. |

YAYYYY!!!! it's working... new problem... when the user tries to activate his membership, this is the error message: "Email Address is invalid. Please try again." Check in the admin to verify email and it is correct! |
