I assume the default storage engine for the SupportDesk script is MyISAM. Is it possible to change the storage engine in the install script prior to database creation? Thanks JIm |

Yes, It is possible to switch the storage engine. However it is depending upon the hosting service provider. The switched storage engine also has to support the server.
