As per the title, is it possible to have say 6 files per product. The digital products we sell can sometimes have up to 23x60Meg downloads all of which are required to be downloaded to get the product. We have found with large files that customers have timeout problems with their ISPs so this is an absolute must. |

I waited several days for an answer on the forum and got nothing. You may want to click the Live Chat button in Support - when someone is online, they can usually answer the questions quicker.
